I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, lived for a couple of years in Atlanta, Georgia, moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana when I entered first grade, spent a few months in Taiwan before moving to live in New York for two years and now we have an apartment in Philadelphia (before I turned 10 and I lived in 6 cities and 2 countries).
From July 31, 2018 though June 9, 2019, I played “Katie”, the bass player on the First National tour of the School of Rock. You can read all about that here.
Before the tour, I loved school and friends. I took ballet lessons and piano lessons. I love to read and always have my Kindle with me.
Bass
I signed up for Rock Band 101 at the Port Jefferson Station, NY School of Rock, in February 2017. I had been playing the piano for more than five years so I asked to play the piano and sing. Little did I know, there were so many girls like me who sang and played the piano.
My dad noticed that one of the teachers was playing bass. At the end of the rehearsal, my dad asked them if they needed a bass player. They indicated yes they did and then they asked my dad if I could play the bass. He said, “she will by next rehearsal.”
We had a short bass and tiny amp overnighted, and then we purchased Rocksmith the video game and I spent some time every day and the next thing I know I am the bass player in Rock 101.
I was so lucky to have this experience as this is what allowed me to be on the First National tour of the School of rock and to meet my bass teacher, Lynn Keller.
I met with Lynn every week on tour for our lessons. She was such an incredible teacher and friend for me. After tour, we have kept our lessons gonig over Zoom (she lives in LA).

- Auditions. Before the pandemic, I was lucky enough to travel to New York almost every week for auditions. I loved it! Seeing so many like minded people, all auditioning for something cool, most of them way older them me. It truly inspired me. Since the pandemic, I am still busy with auditions, but we turn our living room into a studio almost every week.
- Dance/Ballet. I take Ballet at the PA Ballet four days per week. I love Ballet!
